Solar Wall Lights 5000K Neutral 3 Modes IP65 Waterproof

I already have a few of these style lights spread about the garden, this model is not much different to the others. It has a small solar panel to charge the built in lithium battery, the battery size is 1200mAh and should run the lights for up to 12 hours depending on the mode setting selected.There are 3 modes available, 30% brightness all night, 15% all night with full brightness when motion detected and lastly on motion detected full light brightness, off after 15 seconds of no movement. I chose mode 3, it lights as you get close and stays on for a while after you pass, the lights are quite bright and easily light your way down the garden path. I used the supplied screws to fit mine to the garden fence, an alternative is to use the supplied sticky pads to attach them. Always make sure you fit these where the sun is strong so they can charge each day. At review time these were £12.99 for 2 lights, you may want to shop with care to get the best value for money.

I went for these solar lights as there is no light where our bins are, and we wanted to avoid having to go out with a torch when it’s dark. We installed the lights to our outbuildings using the screws and plugs which are included, there are also adhesive pads if you don’t want to drill into whatever you’re attaching them to. As we haven’t used the pads, I can’t comment on how effective they are. The lights have three settings, constant on (after dark), motion sensor dim light, and motion sensor bright light, which are selected by pressing the button between 1-3 times. We went for the motion sensor bright option as it’s so dark where the bins are, and they work great. The motion sensor is sensitive enough to come on as we approach the area, I’m not sure how far the range reaches but it’s more than adequate for our needs. The light is on for 15 seconds which doesn’t sound much, but again is more than long enough to see the way to the bin, put the rubbish in, and get back to where it’s lighter from the house. It also comes back on again if a bit more time is taken, due to the motion sensor. There’s been a fair bit of rain recently and it doesn’t seem to have affected them at all. A solid buy at the current price of £12.99. Would purchase more.

These solar powered security lights are surprisingly really good and work really well once they‘re set up properly. These lights are great, the fact that they solar powered is amazing as it saves unnecessary batteries and having to hardwire them as you would a typical set of security lights. These are super easy to install, just 2 raw plugs and screws and they’re secure on the wall, and as long as they’re facing the direction of sunlight, they’ll stay charged forever. At night time they are really bright considering their size which was definitely surprising when they first arrived, but they pack a punch and lighten up any area they are in. Each light comes with 2 raw plugs and screws which is perfect because not everyone will have the right size readily available, and the fact it comes with the ones you need is perfect. They are a good size, cover a good area and are amazing value for money.

There are 138 LED lights within each panel and there was supplied charge within each light so they can be tested before installing in place. As shown in the attached photos, I installed the lights onto a fence using the supplied screws and also appropriate holes in the lights. I set the lights to mode 3 and can confirm they are triggering when a car enters the driveway or a person walks along with no issues and full brightness across the area from the lights. There has been rain over the last few days and no impact on the lights or sensor. The lights are not triggering with the rain and the brightness seems to be the same even after 3 days of dullness. I can fully recommend these lights as they are working after rain with no loss of brightness or reaction on the sensor.

These lights are fantastic. They are really bright, easy to install (fixings supplied) and work perfectly. I got them to brighten up a dark side passage and they are perfect for the task. The PIR sensors come on as soon as I approach and they have made a huge difference. Even though I have them in an area that gets very little direct sunlight, the internal battery has enough juice to last through until the small hours, and gets sufficiently charged during the day. I have these set to the on/off function and I imagine that if you want them on the dim-on and full-on function then they will need some direct sunlight.Once set up they can just be forgotten about and left to function. They look very discreet, so you really don’t notice them during the daytime, but even if you do then they are sleek and presentable. Very handy to illuminate dark areas (obviously) and a great addition to home security as well as convenience. I have had other makes of a similar thing and these compare vey favourably in terms on brightness and robustness of manufacture. Excellent value for money.

They come as a two pack and they are very easy to install, they have a 5000k neutral light and they are motion sensor so they only come on when needed. They are suitable for anywhere outside or even inside such as a garage, shed, back gardens, driveways etc Their sensing distance is a max of 7 metres and their sensing angle is 120 degrees, they can light up around 30 metre squares. They are waterproof and made to last through all different weathers. They have a 1200mAh battery which lasts a long time and also keeps charging throughout the day. The mode settings are 30% brightness stay on mode, Dim light sensor mode and full light sensor mode. They are easy to change with a simple press of a button. You can order these in a range of colours and pack sizes, they are not too big but not too small, perfect size for what I need them for. They feature 138 high quality LED beads and a drip glue panel sealing process which provides 5000k natural light and makes the unit water resistant. They do not cause harsh glares and they add a warm and comfort feeling to the area. They come with a highly sensitive light sensor and also a PIR motion sensor which can capture humans or animals. We needed motion activated lights on our outside wall. These work very well but took a while to understand how to set them up...

They are very good. Even activated when small cats come into my garden. They switch off after a minute if they do not detect movement.

They give out a fair amount of light and last for 6-7 hours overnight, in ideal conditions. Very pleased

Yes I got these solar lights specifically to light up an area that I use every night. These lights come in a plastic box, we left them in the very weak sunlight for about 8 hours before installing them on a wall. Surprisingly, despite the little charge they‘d had, they are very bright and efficient. They are pretty compact, feel quite sturdy and were easy to install. The lights have motion detection and have a button to adjust them too. They are a cool and bright white, in dark conditions they are quite bright and they’re reactive to small movements, so the motion detection works well in my opinion. So far I haven’t had any isssues with them being dim or not having had enough light, even though I have had a lot of dark, rainy and overcast days they’ve been working consistently every evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
