Bright and easy to use. Install was easy **except that 3 of the 12 screws included had misshapen heads, so we had to replace those. Legit not a big deal for me, so I still give 5 stars because otherwise they’re great. The top pops off the installed base easily enough, but it’s still super secure and not goin anywhere. 3 post caps illuminate our 20 x20 deck and surrounding area quite nicely at night.

These outdoor fence post illuminates my backyard and provides a cozy ambianceat nighttime. It looks really nice and it‘s easy to install. There‘s 3 different light modes and 2 levels of brightness. It recharges using solar energy which makes it eco-friendly and can help reduce your electricity bills. Overall, this is an innovative product and the quality is great

Each light requires assembly of the black cap (that goes over the post) with screws that are included. The light itself is snapped and twisted into place [the on button is underneath this light].It has two modes for brightness and changing the type of white light you want. This is done pressing the on button to cycle through your preference.The downside for this is the cap blocks the on button. You need to remove the light to access your options.I‘ve attached a photo of the dimmest option and it is fairly bright.Will report back to see how long it lasts.

I was looking for some solar powered lights to add accent lighting to my garden so was happy to see the vighep 4x4 Solar Post Caps Lights become available.The caps fit a 4x4 post well and it appears they would be easy to install, however, I wanted to do something different. I used outdoor adhesive tape to attach it to my green house. I like the ability to choose the colour of the light but also the brightness. I was able to achieve exactly the effect I was hoping for and the solar power lasted over night which was great.This is a really handy product, that is easy to use, install and gives a great effect at a good value.

Solar post cap lights come as a pack of three.I installed them as soon as they arrived so they could charge in the sun.The installation was simple and took 5 minutes.And they came on at dusk and looked beautiful.I love that there are two brightness levels and 3 different light modes. Even on the brightest setting they lasted all night.I‘m very happy with them.

Very nice post caps. Make sure your posts are 4x4 and not 6x6 or they will not fit.The two sections fit together tight so there is no risk of them coming off in a storm. You simply insert the tabs and twist. They are a “set and forget“ light which means you choose the ambience or intensity that you want before you slock the two pieces together. You can opt to change the setting later but you have to disassemble the light to do so.The hardware that came with it isn‘t the best but I have a junk drawer with loads of extra screws so not an issue.I like that these lights are flatter than others. They don‘t stand up high above the post. Personal preference I‘m sure.Overall, these are a nice addition to an otherwise bland wooden fence. They are easy to assemble, easy to use and are solar powered. I am very pleased with this product.

The solar light caps fit perfectly on the 4 x 4 posts of my fence. There‘s multiple colour temperatures to choose from, and that‘s about it. I secured them with the provided screw and walked away. They turned on nightly and look absolutely fantastic! I‘m delighted with the look, and there are simplicity.They‘re easy to remove without removing the base. This is appreciated as it‘s always recommended to bring in solar powered items in winter. The batteries inside don‘t do well with freezing temperatures, so I‘m happy that removing them is as simple as twisting off the top.The quality is very good, the light lasts all night long, and they look fabulous. I plan to buy another pack so that I have all four of my pet fence posts covered, and three spares just in case.

Despite the product being marketed for 4x4 posts, these caps clearly have a wider base and visibly overhang standard 4x4 wooden posts. If you’ve got 6x6 posts, they’ll probably look more appropriately sized. That said, installation was easy. The bases screw in without trouble using the included hardware (anchors included for reasons unclear, maybe vinyl or hollow posts?), and the lights twist into place once you find the correct orientation.The lighting is where these shine. You get three white balance modes, achieved by blending warm and cold white LEDs at various intensities. The warm setting is the most pleasant for evening use, soft enough not to blind passersby. The full cold white isn’t extremely bright but still enough to ruin night vision if you’re nearby. Auto-on function worked well, with all three units activating within a couple minutes of each other at dusk.Aesthetically, they look fine and do the job. Especially if you’re mounting them on stairway posts where they’ll be viewed from above, they blend in well. Time will tell if the materials and solar cells survive more than one season. For now, they check most of the boxes for function over form.
