Function stays the same across 3 weeks of usage and charging provides a good bright light from all the bulbs. btfarm Solar Lights Outdoor Garden, 12.5M/41FT 50 LED Solar Powered String Lights Waterproof, 8 Modes Crystal Ball Fairy Light for Garden Patio Yard Tree Christmas Party, Cool White (Cool White, 1 Pack 50 LED) Arrived in a presentation cardboard box making it suitable to be gift wrapped if purchased as a present. The box contained the solar panel connected to the light string, mounting pin with bracket, ground spike and instruction leaflet. The reverse of the solar panel has the power button and also the function adjust button. There are also 2 small LED lights to show if the panel is charging (which is blue) or if it is discharging the power to the lights (which is red) as shown in the attached photos. The function button works to alter the lights from constant, flash or fade settings as required. After 3 weeks of usage outside, I can confirm the selected function stays active until changed via the button therefore suitable to put the solar panel wherever needed, set the function and not need to return to change anything. The bulbs within the light string all worked and all activated as the power is supplied to them depending on the function. I can fully recommend these lights as they have survived heavy rain, heavy hailstones and heavy sleet and worked as soon as it went dark to light up the area they were placed.
