Really pleased with this floodlight overall. The build quality feels solid and the IP65 rating gave me confidence mounting it outside.All the settings — colour temperature, sensor sensitivity, and duration — are adjusted via small rotary dials, similar to tiny volume knobs. The colour temperature and sensitivity dials work nicely: easy to turn and the changes are predictable, so I was able to dial those in without any trouble. The soft fade-on when the sensor triggers is a really nice touch too — no harsh flash, which looks much better than cheaper PIR lights I’ve used before. The problem is the time duration dial. Despite trying five or six different positions, I couldn’t find a sensible middle ground — it either stays on far too long or switches off almost immediately. There seems to be very little usable range between the two extremes, which makes fine-tuning practically impossible. The other two dials don’t have this issue, so it feels like the timer one just has poor scaling. That said, for the price it looks smart, the light output is strong at 24W, and the sensor does its job well. Hoping it proves reliable over the coming seasons. Recommended if you can live with the fiddly timer control.
