Functional, came I an 8 pack. 2 wouldn’t turn off once turned on. Comes with the tiniest screwdriver to replace batteries, but we didn’t use it. The lights are pretty.

These are bright for about two hours. The batteries are weak and don’t last long at all. Good thing you get six sets. Good because they are inexpensive. Wish they had a slower flashing mode.
